This consultation is to help me understand your fitness goals and help develop a plan for me to help guide you in achieving them. How to Prepare for your consultation session: 1. Wear comfortable clothing; you will be exercising 2. Try not to eat within 45 minutes before the consultation since you will be exercising 3. Do not exercise on the same day of your consultation schedule. You can exercise lightly the day before so you can perform at peak levels when you are asked to do certain exercises. 4. Stay hydrated. Bring water and keep it close by. 5. Have a towel; you should sweat

Workout plan will consist of 3-4 workouts, depending on training availability
