When you can't make it to the gym with me, you can always follow the digital plan. The digital plan will provide one week of workouts (up to 5 days) for a specific plan based on our consultation (included free of charge with digital plan purchase).

One (1) Fifteen Minute Video Consultation Call
This consultation is to help me understand your fitness goals and help develop a plan for me to help guide you in achieving them. How to Prepare for your consultation session: 1. Wear comfortable clothing; you will be exercising 2. Try not to eat within 45 minutes before the consultation since you will be exercising 3. Do not exercise on the same day of your consultation schedule. You can exercise lightly the day before so you can perform at peak levels when you are asked to do certain exercises. 4. Stay hydrated. Bring water and keep it close by. 5. Have a towel; you should sweat
This consultation will include a 1 week workout plan
Workout plan will consist of 3-4 workouts, depending on training availability
The monthly plan consists of a mix of in-gym activities, as well as a weekly plan (up to 5 workouts) designed for days that you are working out on your own.
Four weeks (up to 5 workouts per week) of online training plans
Eight (8) in-gym sessions up to one hour in length
